Designer Pearls are Universal Base Coats that come in a large array of colors and may simply be cleared over for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys, or Pearls.
Designer Pearls may be intermixed with other Shimrin?s including the Neons, Graphic Kolors BC & FBC Metallic Basecoats and Kandy Basecoats to create a truly one-of-a-kind custom finish. They can be also be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamels.

Pearl mica pigments are extremely finely ground to create an optimal smooth finish. This also offers excellent usage for air brushers due to a low film build.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
