Star S-770 Pressure Fed Industrial Coatings Spray Gun

High atomisation ?P? air cap for use with hard to atomise coatings or adhesives.

Star S-770 series is probably the most widely used spray gun across all industries, as it is suitable for an incredible range of paints and coatings.

Reliable and consistent results for any job you can think of, from zinc steel primers, undercoats, clear and colour lacquers, high gloss enamels, spraying glue, water based acrylic, and much more.

This series has the Black Air Cap with 11 holes for top atomization and fast application rates.

Must be used with diaphragm pump or pressure pot.

Large range of set up sizes to suit any application.

Full production gun with high paint output.

Stainless steel fluid tip and needle to suit all coatings.

It is available in 5 tip sizes.

Air consumption is 345 - 400 l/min (12 - 14.5 cfm) at 2.5 bar (35 psi) and fan up to 380 - 420mm.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
