PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Everest Trade Ultimate Roof Tile Sealer is a high-quality, Impregnating, solvent-free roof sealer based on premium acrylic resins. This sealer penetrates deep into the tiles due to it's impregnating formula to provide a clear finish water-repellent coating to protect roof tiles from fading, moss, lichen and algae formation.

Application of this sealer will alter the chemical structure of any roof tile and provide an excellent water-repellent surface

Its penetration comes about by evaporation, Penetrating into the tiles to protect the tiles face from water infiltration. The sealer prevents moss and algae formation when applied.

100% UVA resistant and resists water damage.

Maintains performance life of the tiles. Yields significant whole life cost savings and reduces interim maintenance.

USES AND SURFACE COMPATIBILITY
Suitable for slate, clay tiles and concrete tiles

SPECIAL PROPERTIES
It is easily cleaned and will withstand regular washing. Also resistant to most oils.

SPREADING RATE
Coverage is approximately 5 square meters per litre, This is a rough estimate and varies depending on the condition of the tiles and amount applied with each coat.

DRYING TIME
Under normal conditions, it is touch dry in approximately 2-4 hours.

Fully cured after 24 hours.

APPLICATION
Apply with a handheld sprayer or brush.

Apply to saturation, Although this product is suitable for 1 coat application, It is recommended to apply a light second coat 20-30 minutes after the first coat is applied.

Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application. Do not apply if there is any chance of rain.

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Use as soon as possible after opening. Can be stored for 12 months in a sealed container.

Store away from frost.

THINNERS
Thinners aren't required with this product, use white spirits or proprietary brush clear for cleaning dry brushes or rollers.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry and free from oil and grease and there are a couple of days of good weather so there is no chance of rain during application.
