The Wagner Air Cap LV Plus (Red) is used on the GM 4700AC manual spray gun for thin to low viscosity products. This air cap would be the best option for thinner products such as stains, sealers and clear coats. The air cap provides a fine and homogeneous atomization combined with a uniform droplet size to ensure a very high transfer efficiency. In addition, it offers excellent atomization for thin to medium finishes and coatings that can be found in the wood, metal and industrial industries.

Information:

Please note that the Red LV Plus Air Cap is a standard option for spraying many materials that range from thin to medium viscosity. In addition, all diagrams and instructions for air cap replacement, cleaning and troubleshooting can be found in the GM 4700AC Manual. Always select an AirCoat (Air Assist Airless) air cap color based on material viscosity or coating manufacture?s recommendation.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
