Caleffi Dirtmag dirt separator with 1" F magnet
The Caleffi Dirtmag dirt separator has the function of trapping the impurities present in the closed circuits of the systems and guaranteeing their correct functioning and longevity. Impurities, such as sand particles and sludge, are trapped in a large settling chamber from which they can be discharged even when the system is functioning. It is also equipped with a removable magnetic ring, suitable for separating ferrous impurities.
The Caleffi Dirtmag dirt separator is made of technopolymer, a specific material for applications in heating and cooling systems, which has unparalleled chemical, physical and mechanical properties, helping to guarantee the very high performance of the device and low pressure drops.
The accumulation chamber is located in the lower part of the device and has many advantages including greater capacity and ease of inspection, in the latter case it will be sufficient to unscrew it from the valve body to carry out maintenance activities or in the case of obstruction caused by large impurities, simply and quickly; furthermore, by unscrewing the top cap with a special screwdriver or a butterfly wrench, it is possible to evacuate the air that accumulates in the upper part of the body.
Thanks to the particular combination of ring nut and connecting tee, this dirt separator is versatile and adjustable, to allow installation on both horizontal and vertical or 45? pipes, maintaining its functional characteristics and performance unchanged.
The installation must be carried out by expert and qualified technical personnel. Further information on correct installation and maintenance methods is contained in the user manual supplied with the product.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
