This 2k polyurethane is suitable for interior/exterior applications on new or existing cabinets, woodwork, furniture, steel, or even fiberglass.
Each gallon includes 12.8 ounces of NCO Catalyst and free shipping.
General Finishes 2k poly can be sprayed through a variety of different spray equipment including: air assisted airless, flatline, HVLP, and airless.
If using an HVLP sprayer, it is recommended thin the product with to get the right consistency.

Surface Prep
Raw wood: Sand no finer than 220-grit. Adheres to raw wood without a primer.
Prefinished wood and sealed surfaces: Clean surface with
50/50 mixture of denatured alcohol and water with maroon non-woven abrasive pad. Prime surface with Enduro White Undercoat, or Enduro Stain Blocker.
Fiberglass and pre-primed steel: Can be used with proper preparation & priming.
Always test first.
Mixing instructions and pot life
- Mix thoroughly to reincorporate solids.
- Slowly add 10% Enduro NCO Catalyst by volume (3.2 oz. per qt.; 12.8 oz. per gal.) to Enduro Tintable 2K White Poly while mixing; 2-3 minutes with a power drill.
- Let rest 15 minutes.
- Strain with fine-mesh filter - Pot life is 4 hours
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
