TRANSTAR Tex Coat Underbody Stone Chip Guard 369g Aerosol Black
Tex Coat is a rapid drying, flexible protective coating. Texture can be varied to match OEM textures as found on rocker panels, valances, etc. It is suitable to go directly over bare steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, raw plastic (SMC, BMC, ABD, PPO, PUR), and primed areas.
Application
Shake Tex Coat can vigorously.
Apply in 1-3 light even coats. Film build should be about 3.0 mils per coat. Total film build should not exceed 8-10 mils.
Flash 10-15 minutes between coats. IMPORTANT: KEEP CAN IN MOTION WHEN APPLYING TO AVOID EXCESSIVE FILM BUILD.
Allow final Tex Coat application to flash 30-60 minutes at 75?F (25?C) before topcoating.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
