Jetstream Replacement TH2A2PSL Dust and Gas Filter
Replacement filter for use with Jetstream Belt mounted Air Respirators.
This filter offers an assigned protection factor (APF) of 20 X Workplace Exposure Limit against organic gasses and vapors with boiling points above 65?C as well as very fine dusts, fibers, fumes and aqueous mists.
Replacement Instructions:
Line up all fins with the corresponding holes in the power unit and push in.
Rotate anti-clockwise until all fins click to the closed position.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Wipe with damp cloth soaked in a mild detergent solution.
Do not get liquid in the filter or use with abrasive substances or solvents.
Cleaning the filter does not extend it's life.
Store the unit in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight away from chemicals, abrasive substances and in a dry atmosphere.
Limitations Of Use:
Protection will only be offered if the Jetstream unit and replacement filter is fitted correctly.
Jetstream should not be used where there is the possibility of non organic gas or vapour hazard.
Check airflow with the Test Unit before use. Re-test outside of area of use at regular intervals to ensure flow level.
Use in well-ventilated areas only, which are not deficient in oxygen and do not contain explosive atmospheres.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
